Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Control/Technical Support Department An independent department is responsible for checking the safety and quality of all newly developed products as well as those that are mass-produced for buyers.
Quality Control Procedures
Initially, the independent department supervises the working condition of the factory and improves the factory performance according to customers' requirements. Then QA department conducts pre-test on each product in our lab. QC staff inspect each batch before shipping out and we share the inspection reports with the customer.
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
In 2022-2023, our first test pass rate is 98% and all of our goods are shipped out without any claims.
